Elizabeth Andrea Bitsie Tulloch, born on January 19, 1981 is an American actor. She is best known for her performance as the character Juliette Silverton/Eve in the NBC show Grimm. Tulloch is a native Californian actor who has lived in Spain Uruguay, Argentina and San Diego. Tulloch is known as Bitsie. It's not an abbreviation for her name, Elizabeth. It's to honor her bizarrely nicknamed her grandfather. He was an World War II pilot and was involved in the Goldsboro B-5 accident. Tulloch was born in 2007 and began the acting profession in 2007, was referred to by the name Bitsie. That continued until 2017, when she was changed her name to Elizabeth. For my introductions to new acquaintances, Bitsie is still the name I use. When I first started out in the field of acting, I would identify myself to people as Bitsie. It was a success while I was in my early 20s. However, now at the age of 30, I think I would like to do it again for billing. The thought hadn't occurred to me until I began filming. Producer said "Hey we saw Elizabeth when we were filling out your legal paperwork." Is that like a good idea? When I sat down to contemplate the issue, I called up my manager and agent. Both agreed. Your age has changed. Bitsie's name is adorable. It's adorable. This is all there was to it. Elizabeth wasn't the name I chose to identify myself. This is to keep in the loop of charges. Tulloch is of Scottish as well as Spanish descendance. Tulloch says that Spanish was her first one, yet she's not fluent in the language. Her grandfather's family was located in Kirkwall and her maternal grandparents were was from Renfrewshire. In an interview on BBC News she reported that it is believed that the first Tulloch came to the US around 1880 and the Kerrs arrived in the early 1900s. After returning in the U.S. she went to middle and high school within Bedford New York. Tulloch received a magnacum-laude at Harvard University, with double majors in English as well as American Literature and visual and environmental research.
